  • Approval of the lease agreement with the tenant of 14 North Point, Johnson Lake without requiring a security deposit due to the financial circumstances of the tenant, and to grant staff the authority to amend the policy, if necessary, for future similar situations
  • Approval of the Johnson Lake Development, Inc. Services Agreement for 2022 in the amount of $54,026.00
  • Approval of the use of Lake Improvement Funds in the amount of $300.00 to purchase life jackets for the Life Jacket Loaner Program at Lake McConaughy
  • Approval of a total contribution in the amount of $40,000.00 to the East Shore Playground, Johnson Lake, which includes any in-kind work related to the road relocation, excavation and preparation of the area for the playground structure(s) as previously approved, plus any remaining amount in cash or other financial contribution to the project
  • Approval of Rate for Water for Cooling or Other Power Purposes as follows: 1) the Board of Directors establishes a class of water service for water from Lake McConaughy for power system needs, including, but not limited to power plant cooling, blackstart service, hydropower production, power canal and reservoir operations; 2) that such class of service excludes water released by Central for its own power purposes, or where such uses are provided consistent with other contracts, agreements, or obligations; 3) that the rate for such service shall be $150 per acre-foot during such times as Lake McConaughy contents are at or above 800 thousand-acre-feet, and $300 per acre-foot during such times as Lake McConaughy contents are below 800 thousand-acre-feet, with point of measurement for such service being Kingsley Dam at Lake McConaughy; 4) that management be authorized to provide this service at its discretion, subject to Lake McConaughy content being at or above 700 thousand-acre-feet at the time the service is provided, the recipient of the service agreeing to such service and fee in writing, and the recipient additionally agreeing that they gain no other rights in the water released; 5) that any other such service would require prior Board authorization; 6) that this class, rate, and authorization replaces that previously established by the board for cooling water service; and 7) that this class, rate, and management authorization continue until changed or revoked by the Board
