NOTE:  Central submitted the Feb. 5, 2007 Amendment Application to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for approval.  Interested parties should be advised that the proposed land use classification changes are NOT effective until FERC approval, and that the FERC may or may not approve the amended application as submitted.
